Selected low fat meat from best piedmontese breeding, fine grained paste stuffed in real bowels.

Old vintage Barolo wine is added in processing.

Bright red colour, soft and scented flavor, is our salami specialty.

Available sizes:

Tourist about 350 g.
Cacciatore about 150 g.

50 cm and 100 cm size plus chopping board on demand.

How to preserve:

Keep in a fresh and dry place.
(Vacuum-packed products in refrigerator at temperatures from 0 to 4 degrees C.)

Gluten free.
No powdered milk or allergenic foodstuff.
