High quality lard is rendered by wet pig fat softly rubbed with salt, delicately rubbed with salt, seasoned in tanks and aromatized with laurel, rosemary, nutmeg.
You can enjoy thin slices to fully flavor appreciation or use the lard to season rice or croutons. Excellent with polenta or potatoes.
